Last week Scott met with the legal team again to work through our response to the latest Motions to Dismiss. Our sense is we are well prepared for the hearing we expect to be scheduled in the near future. As soon as we have a next step, we’ll get the details out to you. Additionally, Scott was interviewed by Dr. Jane Ruby last Friday. They had an excellent discussion regarding Grace’s death, the lawsuit and the evil spiritual agenda behind what we are seeing in real time. One of Jane’s followers wrote: “This has got to be one of the best interviews I have seen regarding this evil.” Medical murder is the number one cause of death in the U.S. Scott and Jane break down this topic well. The main takeaways are that Wisconsin case law defines lack of informed consent as medical malpractice, which doesn’t make sense because lack of informed consent is the cause of medical malpractice. The amended complaint deals with this concern. Additionally, we’ve added the unlawful med combination of Precedex, Lorazepam, and Morphine to the Declaratory Judgment claim. Finally, and most importantly, the Wisconsin case law says, “Chapter 655 has established that only health care providers can be liable for medical malpractice, and it has defined health care provider in a way which excludes nurses.” What does that mean? Think about this… The primary duty of a nurse is to advocate for the patient. That advocacy duty can’t be delegated to a hospital or anyone else, no matter what case law states. Because the civil court must accept this case law, 14+ year RN-ICU nurse Hollee McInnis did not commit malpractice for injecting Grace with Precedex, Lorazepam, and Morphine in a 29-minute window? This is another example of the ball and chain attached to any attempts for real justice against the medical industrial complex in its role in the medical tyranny we are fighting against. If individuals are not responsible for their choices, God’s law, and justice, is denied. |
